does a morning jog refresh you or burden you even more?

with growing health concerns, more and more people are hitting parks and river sides in the early morning to jog in fresh air. it is supposed to enrich your health. does it enrich you? or do you simply jog? or worse of all, you go to jog just because your partner forces you to do so?

actually I used to love jogging near the park. I jogged at least 20 minutes and i feel that I am more alert and energetic. My mind is more sharp and I do not have the guilt feeling when i gulped down my breakfast.haha
But the safety is an issue now. Many thefts cases happened around my park and it becomes a problem now. So I have opted for gym now.

Hello dear painkiller. I love to jog in the park either in the early morning. I love the fresh air in the morning. I feel good if I jog in the morning. I usually feel more energetic in the morning after jogging. I think that jogging is a good exercise for me if I do not want to do some other exercise. My spouse loves to jog as well. We usually jog together not only in the morning, but also in the evening.

yes, well done. keep it up. many people are not able to understand the goodness associated with the morning jog. that you are doing it regularly as well as in the evening is a remarkable act. are you a private entrepreneur or something of that sort? otherwise how to manage to make time out. it is so difficult to make time nowadays. anyways, do tell me. good for your madam as well. give my regards. thank you and be in touch. i have tagged you as positive and i have sent a friend request to you. do accept it. bye .

I used to jog but have stoped due to the work timing and health reason. but it has benifits,
Jogging is excellent forms of aerobic exercise. It improves stamina and general muscular strength as well as improve your lung efficiency. Jog about 30 minuts for five days a week, eventually, you will build up stamina and strength then you can jog for 50 min for three days. enjoy jogging :)

no, you should continue doing it. it may be some recent incident that might be the cause of your pain. it is not very tiring. do not exceed your limits. if you feel, you can also just amble across in the beginning and then gradually build up. all the very best.
