Do you reply to your own topics?

If no one has repied to your topic, do you reply yourself to get people to look at it? Does it kind of upset you if you think you have a good topic and no one replies?

you're not allowed to reply to your own messages. yes, i think it would upset me if i believe i have a good topic and nobody replies to it. i haven't started any discussions yet, though. just feeling my way around for a while. i usually go to the discussions without responses.
