Do you work out regularly?

I use the treadmill mostly, but it's boring this time of year when there's nothing on TV (I watch TV to pass the time while I'm on the treadmill). Yesterday I went for a bike ride and it killed my legs with all the hills. I need to do that more often.
My hubby runs-- ALOT, lifts weights, bikes, plays tennis and basketball.
How about you? Do you exercise regularly? What is your excercise of choice?

I completely relate to the boredom you feel on a treadmill. Have you ever tried listening to an audio book while treadmilling? I enjoy it quite a bit. I have been forced to return to a gym for a good workout which I find very menotinous(sp?), but when I am in the middle of a good book I look forward to getting there and picking up where I left off.

In preparation for my trip to Las Vegas earlier this month, I did work out everyday, monday through friday. I did circuit training and sprints and weights. Now that I'm back and I don't really have a reason to work out, no goal ahead of me, and I'm really busy, it's hard for me to find the time to work out on a regular basis. I know that I should and I keep telling myself I will. I hope that I can find the motivation to do it again, if not for anything else but to stay fit and active.

I have a treadmill at home and I haven't used it in about a week or more. When I do use my treadmill I listen to my ipod and I listen to the songs that are really upbeat and songs that I am into at that moment. But I mostly run on my treadmill and then I might do some crunches and sit ups here and there for my stomach.

I don't exercise regularly because I get tired easily. Now that my hyperthyroidism is getting controlled, I am trying to do some little by little. I tried jumping with my kids rope yesterday but after ten jumps, my legs ached so I stopped. Perhaps I need to walk longer distances first before doing it.
Walking is my only regular exercise now. I've given birth through CS last August but I am still afraid to do sit ups, etc. Perhaps I should start doing it now since I am having lots of fat deposits in my tummy area.

I can relate to that!
I do the stationary cycle.
My bike used to be in the livingroom.
We don't have the TV in there anymore,
so it's super boring.
So I moved my bike to my computer room
and now watch free TV and free movies online
while I'm working out.
It's the only thing that keeps me going,
otherwise I'd quit after five minutes.

We have a rec center near us and while my kids are in the pool I'm walking the track. We have tons of trails around here so we bike and hike. I lift weights sometimes but I like the fundamentals, I'm on a goal to do 50 pushups by the end of the summer.

I have had to use my treadmill the last couple of days because the air quality is so bad outside due to so many fires and the hot temperatures we have been experiencing. I am like you when I have to use it...I watch TV and even then it is a struggle to put real effort into it. As far as my regular work outs go, I usually jog Monday through Thursday and mountain bike on the weekends with my husband(not real hardcore biking, just on dirt roads and trails).

it gives me anxiety and i can't sleep.
i've even named my bike, jonas.
i actually bike ride up to seven hours a day,
at the least i ride two or three.
though i live in lousyana,
so we don't have many hills at all.
