Help! I want to be fat!

I am a girl aged 25,how i wish to be fat!I eat more,sleep more,but it does not work,it seems that i can not be fat any more,i am hopeless.Though i am not too thin,i do not agree with some girls that jimpness is fashion.A good body based on bones and flesh,.So i wonder whether friends you have good method,if so,can i be sorry to share your secret?

Hi ifglan.I faced the same problem sometime back.So i was told to eat lots of bananas.You can try it.It worked for me.Also make sure you drink enough water in a day as dehydration also keeps people thin.Eat healthy food.Sleep a lot.If you've tried it and it hasn't worked,maybe you aren't eating as much as you should to put on weight.So eat more and sleep more.You can always join the gym and have a personal trainer of your own.They help you gain weight and also tone up after that.That would be much safer and healthier too.Take care.

If you want to put on more pounds and still look healthy then you need to do some of what body builders do. You need to eat a high carb diet, but good carbs, not just sugar and sweets. You need to exercise with weights in order to increase your muscle mass. This way you can have a more defined body, more shape with added meat and muscle on your bones.

If you really want to get fat, just sit on your couch all day watching TV. While doing that, have a bucket of chicken, a pizza, a pie or two, a plate of cheeseburgers, and about 13 bags of Oreos. Try to eat as much as you can during the time you are watching TV. For instance, try to eat two bags of Oreos during a regular commercial break.

try drinking "boost plus" which is a drink like ensure only the plus kind (i think its plus.. might be called something else) helps you gain and maintain weight.. i think you are suppose to drink it AND eat a meal.. i dont drink it now since i drink it when my stomach screwed up my weight that i went from 140-98 within less than a year so i used it to get some weight back on.. im naturally this size but i was put on cymbalta and it ballooned me up 45 lbs in 6 months it was crazy.. good luck!!

well as far as i know boost is the only brand that has gain and maintain weight kind but its been awhile to where ensure and other may have theirs now just gotta read the labels well since i have picked up the wrong one before

Thank you for your advice."boost plus",i just hear about such kind of drink,and i don't know if i take your method,which drink i should buy to gain weight.Maybe they are different from areas. Thanks again,i will have a try^_^

You need an instructor, a nutritionist. It's not about eating a lot, it's the quality of what you eat. Go to a gym, there are exercises that the trainers will give you to gain weight and volume. Ask your physician about getting a little plum. He/She can give you advise on what to eat and the vitamins to take.

Hehe,this got my attention because some while ago i had the same problem..the bad thing is that i don't know how i solved it:))) I think i have been a bit less stressed.. and also,i started to eat at night.. as I stay awake all night ,i sometimes felt very hungry but did not it,from a reason or another.. now i eat even twice per night and it made me gain like 5-6 kilos in less than 6 months..i was 49 kg and now i have 55 or even 56 ...it doesn't show very much,which is good,i just wanted a bit of flesh as you say, not to be fat ... And the most important is to eat before you sleep i think..to let all the fat deposit:) But most people say going to the gum makes us develop our muscles and get a nice shape i'm too lazy for that:P

Well, I hope you don't want to be too fat as it's not healthy. But, one thing people might not realize that in order to gain some weight, you have to exercise. But, it's good to emphasize weight lifting. No, before anyone says this, you will not get ugly, bulky muscles. The only women who get really bulgy like that are doing steroids. You should get nice and toned. Try, also, to eat healthy fat, cut down on the salt, and eat lots of healthy protein, too.

i don't know if it's a good idea to want fat in your blood since it may block your heart or your brain and cause heart attack and stroke. but i agree that women should have more flesh - muscles and bones. so i suggest working out or trying to get interested in a sport. i play softball and it helps me to become a wee bit more healthy. good luck on your endeavour!

You eat healthy foods. The appetite goes by eating, so eat often. And do some exercise. Is you mother fat? Perhaps it is in the genes. Or you have a good metabolism, what you always eat, it always used by your body.

Hi my friend, My dear, you don't want to be fat. I'm fat and I hate it. LOL Of course it always seems that the ones that are fat want to be thin and the ones that are thin want to be fat. lol I would just be happy the way you are and eat healthy and live long. Have a great night, Char :-)

hi......to gain a weight with adequate bodyline.i suggest u to take a glass of shake of banana it give u energy with adequate amount of fat,daily two glass of shake one in morning and one in evening.it make your as u like?i read this from our indian health magzine
