I am a fan of RPG. i owned consoles from nintendo, sega genesis, playstation and playstation 2. for me no other rpg games can ever beat the game play, graphics(if we will compare it to the graphics of other rpg games available that time), story line and characters of Final Fantasy 7. For me it was the best. I bought playstation 2 only for one reason, so that i could play FF10 and and lastly FF12. and to be honest i was very disappointed. yes, FF10 has good graphics and a story line but the gameplay lack something. I was even disappointed playing FF12. what kind of story line is that, graphics not as good as you would expect and the gameplay really sucks. i can't even play it for 3 hours straight. i just hope that when FF13 will come out for Playstation 3, i won't be disappointed again. I miss the times when you can create your own magics by combining your materias and other sorts.

I love the FF series. The best were from the early ones up to Final Fantasy 9. From then on, everything showed original aspects, but lacked in the gameplay area. I hope that in Final Fantasy 13 they would show an almost perfect ATB system that contains new features. Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross are great too. For me the best RPG for consoles is...uhm...Final Fantasy. For the PC, it's fallout for me.

For me the question is how did he get the tail anyways. It should have been brought up in the story, and I don't remember hearing anything about it. Well, that's life, sometimes characters get tails for no apparent reason. Thanks for the comment!

Nah, the greatest Rpg ever is chrono trigger for the snes. The storyline is killer and you can replay the game over and over and over.

When people talk about this, Final Fantasy will no doubt be among the choice. Yes, so I won't mention it again as I also love FF as the best RPG series... My other choices are Chrono Trigger (which was bringing me very good story line, music, and of course gaming memory that I would never forget), and Lufia series (Which the graphics was probably not good, but its gameplay and story line were touching, along with the music especially Lufia 2). Both were from SNES anyway...
