I have a premium account. I believe that the regular free account has limitations on how much money you can receive into your Paypal account (not sure if it limits how much per month, per year or the number of deposits allowed)
The biggest attraction of a premium account, at least for me, is the Paypal debit card. I can withdraw my Paypal funds within minutes of receiving the money at any ATM machine or I can purchase items up to my account balance with the debit card.
I can't remember if there is a fee with the premium account, and I believe all you really have to do is verify your address with Paypal.
I hope this helps!

To get your earnings free on paypal without them taking any money out you will need to set up a free personal account. I am not sure but I think they only pay in dollars. If you set up a business account they will charge you a fee when you recieve money.

I'm not sure what you are asking.
Are you asking if you should make a personal account or a business account?
A personal account is sufficient for what you will need, and there are no fees involved. If you do a lot of transactions where you will be getting payments from a lot of places, you might need the business account, but not just for myLot. I think if you go over $500 in one month you need to get a business account, but I'm not sure of the amount.
