Well guys here is an update for me, I got the 50 articles done that I just received last week, and now I will go on to do as many as the system will take before it runs out or before the end of the month which is the deadline. So I have to maximize on this assignment, because I really don't know how many articles are left to do in the database. I will keep you all posted Does anybody have any projects they are doing or will be doing this summer, writing, fixing up the house, gardening, anything?

I wish I had some type of exciting project to look forward to but I don't. My daughter and grandson will be coming on Friday and on Sunday they will fly to New Jersey. Her husband is working there until Sept. and will have some time off so they will go see him and then will fly back here the following Sunday. I will be dog sitting her two dogs for the week they are gone. Then my grandson will be staying with us for a few weeks, unless he changes his mind between now and then. hahaha

I loved living on a farm with all the animals especially the horses and riding them, feeding the cows, milking them, chasing the pig(Harry the Pig) and having alot of animals to learn about I just hated getting up at 5 in the morning to do it..lol

I don't think that I would have done well with a farm or even chickens in the back yard, I am too used to city living.

I've set myself a goal to get as many of these things into mylot as I can and see how far I can get. 50 articles is great ! Good work is good work and now I'm trying my best here even if it means staying in late in this office because I don't have a PC at home. I have always liked the idea of achievement in work by getting a lot done over time and this role of responding to discussions is so attractive and interesting I cannot believe it ! I'm really glad I got into this ! Good luck to you and me !

yes it makes it harder when you don't have a pc at home, it is so convenient to get on and off the pc as you feel like it.

been gardening for months now. We bought some paint the other day for the kitchen been 7 years so I guess for a change it was lavender and a darker purple for the trim now we are going with sort of a sage green with just a little darker for which ever way we decide to go light for trom and darker for the most of it.

Seems like as soon as I sit down, it's time to get up and do something else. I can't really work in my flower garden this year, since 4 bumble bees decided they wanted to smell the flowers every day. So it's work around them, and spend as much as I can with my kids, which is hard. With 2 kids, you make one mad, while giving attention to the other. I like to go through my youngests room, and get rid of things she doesn't play with anymore, and give them to kids that will enjoy them. I could do a yard sale, but that won't happen with a husband that doesn't like a lot of people on our property.

Good grief girl! You are busy busy busy! Are you finding any time to sleep? This summer I'm working really hard to finish the correspondance course I'm taking. It's just one class, but it is one class closer to eventually getting my degree. I want to do well in it.

good for you hon, that is the way to go, one course at a time and you will eventually get there. I have no choice, I don't have a life, just work work work to try and keep my head a float, never any money to do anything with.

If you are interested to share any such sites that encourage newbies like me, who are interested in writing, and not forgettingly open for international participants, kindly share here. Wow you really work hard don't you? I have said to you before that I do not know if I could get that much work done but if I was without children I probably would! I have been slowly getting myself into a routine that allows me to do more than just myLot, I have recently started to write and want to go further down that road maybe even writing articles for places myself one day. Other projects I have include getting my cross stitch piece done so that I can sell it, I have not worked on it for five months through being on here it has been very neglected. Also I am trying to do some work on the house and have a few things there I want to do too.

well good luck to you, you have a lot of things going, just a rule of thumb though if you have too many things going at once you will have trouble finishing any of them, that is why when I do my articles, I do not mylot that much or anything else because it has to be finished and won't be otherwise.

I know what you are saying, this is my problem exactly I always want to do so many things at once and so start but then cannot complete. I just have so little time and so much I want to do. I am going to try and heed what you say and start trying to focus on one thing at a time, it will be hard but I know I will have more success by doing that. Thanks for BR xx

Way to go, winterose! Doesn't it feel good to accomplish what you set out to do? I don't have many plans right now. Except for concentrating on getting on getting out some letters to my Congressman about my Social Security disability claim. Grrr.

Yes yes yes my partner and I are trying to fix up the house and clean up the garden area. It has been such a daunting task and feels like it will never end and we have been so busy with other things that it really has been really bad at times especially trying to find the time with work and other things that need completing. I am being so patient and I think that it will get all done but I know it can not be done soon because there is just so many little tasks too to get out of the way before other more complicated tasks can be finished or near finishing too. I am so tired sometimes from it all that I just don't even want to think about it either. That is exactly what I do just so I don't get stressed out about it and that can really bring me down. I think I am trying to just be grateful that some things are already finished and are out of the way.

I have so many projects waiting to be done but they are doing just that, waiting.. Since hubby is having so much trouble with the circulation in his legs, he can't do a lot of what he used to do.. He put a new roof on our house and this was about 4 years ago, but his legs started giving him trouble before he finished it, all it likes is a few square feet in a back corner.. Thank goodness it doesn't show to the neighbors or the street, but he can't get on the roof anymore to finish it.. I hope soon that he will be able to or I will have to learn to do it myself.. He used to do this for a living and is too pig headed to hire someone.. And if he hired soemone it would cost almost as much as getting the entire roof put on, so he is waiting until he can do it himself.. That is only one thing that needs to be finished, but if I listed everything that needed to be done, I would be on here all day.. So we do what we can but never get it all caught up, gives us a reason to try and live for tomorrow, because there is always another job waiting.. Good luck on yours..

sorry hon, it is a competitive market and companies do not usually take people with no experience, but you might try craigslist.
