Who loves mangoes??

Most foreigners said that here in the Philippines we have the best mangoes they ever tasted. When mangoes are in season here, you can buy a kilo in like 50 cents. and you can have 6-7 pieces depending upon the size of the mangoes. When they are bigger of course you can have 3 pieces per kilo. cheaper!!! But now the prices are too high for the mangoes. The best one is about P50.00 per kilo and that is about $1.20? but those are the best mangoes.. and you can have 5-6 pieces per kilo.. so your $1.20 you can have 6 pieces of sweet and tasty mangoes.

Oh boy, don't get me started! I am A 100% UNADULTERATED MANGO FREAK! We've got Alphonsos, Honey and Julie mangoes imported in at the mo' (plus a couple other varieties). It hasn't reached the pinnacle of MangoHood yet so prices aren't at their cheapest for now - like that's gonna stop me! You can get 6 very small mangoes for about £3.00, but if you go into a main market, it's cheaper. Honey mangoes are 6 in a box for about £4.99. Look what you've done - you've got me going - must get my mango fix! take care...

Well, in fact. I have tree mangoes trees around my house... When it bears fruits... We can just enough eat it for ourself then we gave it to our relative... In my place if you want to buy mangoes, it will cost you around RM 1.00 for 3. RM1.00 = +-USD$0.30 Well, do you think it's very cheap?

I love love love mangoes. They are my favorite fruit. I love all the juice and the sweetness when they are perfectly ripe. At the grocery store here I get them for 2 for $1.

I love mangoes, although they got lots of different mangoes.There is sweet and the yellow,big and green strange taste mangoe.And sour mango.back when i was young we have this plantation of magoes in pangasinan Philippines where i borned.I still remember when the harvest period is coming everybody is so busy and if you look into the trees of mangoes its so beautiful to see.Coz some of them are color yellow already.We harvest 3000 big basket and sell it in manila. Here its only 1/4th of that. No, i dont like mangos as they can be very messy when you eat them, but they taste good. The mango shake made directly out of mago and milk, are a bit too thick to enjoy. On the other hand, i like the commercial mango juices lke frooty, even thogh i know they have some preservatives, chemicals and sweetners aded, and less of mango content. But Mangos are produced for 2 months every year, so i guess its their availability that makes me not like them.

I bought a pre-pack of 'mango fingers' in the supermarket last night. There were 5 or 6 slices and it cost me 50p (UK currency) because they were 'reduced to clear'
