What is your favorite type of exercise?

I love to walk but I have a busy schedule and don't usually get the time to go outside. I found the program Walk Away the Pounds to be very helpful but a bit on the boring side. What kind of exercises do you do?

Jessabelle, if walking is boring, try it with some music you can sing along to and make you feel like dancing while you walk. or just try something different.

I love all different kinds of exercises. I love circuit training b/c of the variet you do in a short amount of time. I love running. I love running up steps. I love jump roping and trying to see how fast I can go. I love lunges b/c I can really feel it in my thighs and rear end. I love push ups b/c I feel stronger and stronger. I love ab moves that don't involve crunches for the fun of it. I also love yoga b/c it feels relaxing and I love feeling flexible. There are so many different exercises to choose from and I enjoy doing almost all of it.

Oh now circuit training sounds good! I have thought about joining Curves before. Yoga sounds awesome too! I wished I had an instructor nearby! Thanks for responding!

Well my favourite type of exerccise is jogging atleast 1hr in the early hours of the day. As it keeps you fit and toned up. You will have a good power in your legs and which is more ur blood circulation levels wil improve. I also love doing exercise that help me in getting abs, i love a six pack body which i am trying to achieve.I hope i willl get it as soon as possible. Good luck.

I love to walk also, and hey thats what I use everyday, Walk Away the Pounds, dvd's. I'm up to the 3mile dvd now, I don't think its boring, I think its been very helpful to me. I have now lost 15 lbs. while I've been doing this. I like it because you can walk rain or shine, in the privacy of your home, and I'll continue to do it as long as I can..

That is true! I do enjoy the privacy and I guess I have a short attention span or something I don't dislike the videos but I do get a bit bored. I like it very much because its rather inexpensive. You don't really need extras to do it. Thanks for posting!

My favorite exercise is walking and I go out for walking when ever I get time in the evenings. I have a tredmill in my house and briskly walk on it half an hour everyday. I like aerobics also.

I wished I could afford to get a treadmill or an eliptical (can't spell it) machine! That would be so awesome and a great motivator to stay in shape! Thanks!

For me the best excercise is walking. I have a nice little walk from the bus stop to the coffee shop, usually while lugging a computer case on my back, becaue I don't hae the internet at home anymore. Not only do I get a little walk, I get to carry atleast 10 pounds on my back while I'm doing it.

hey try to shake you waist you can do it while watching tv , while doing washing clothes ina washing machine it can eliminates fats . i do it with mu busy schedule and it helps and its not boring

yeah its quite boring try ti shake your waist time to time you can do it while tv while washind your clothes ina washing machinw or before you sleep. it can eliminates you fats and you will be healthy and good looking too
