After the 2007 Cricket World Cup, many great players have retired from the international cricket. Most of the teams have the back ups and they have recovered, if not fully. while certain teams have messed up with these retirements.
Some of the players that have retired are:
Stephen Fleming = Newzealand
Glenn Mcgrath = Australia
Damien Martyn = Australia
Justin langer = Australia
Adam Gilchrist = Australia
Inzamam-ul-Haq = Pakistan
Shaun Pollock = South Africa
Brian Charles Lara = Westindies
The retirement of the which of the players, you feel has greatly affected his team?!?
I believe it is STEPHEN FLEMING. He has been a wonderful leader and has captained NZ side for a long long time. Newzealand is a team without match winners except Shane Bond I feel. Even Shane Bond is banned because of playing in ICL. Stephen Fleming always lead from the front, he came up in the order and has played crucial knocks in his career. He has one of the best mind, his fielding placements, bowling changes at crucial times were quite extra-ordinary
Newzealand cricket is surely missing his long time serving man.

It's really hard to face to the team without players who are going to retired.
i am wondering that what those players are going to do after them retired as all of them are nearly no more than 30 ages.
how do they spend the harf life, do they still stay in the team to act another role like coach?
