one of the things that helps me is a little physical exercise.it's doesn't have to be a lot.just 20 minutes of walking 3times a week. it works wonders for me.

Dongtianpingguo yes, all of these happns same to me, too. As lots of people are still so busy, there is not more spare...or we can say vacancy time than ever. So you are ont supposed to keep a good relationship with neighobours as before.

Dongtianpingguo i agreen with you, Motorbike is a little more dangerous than car,but in recently, as the price of gas has been raised so high that it has been a burden driving by car. So choosing motorbike perhaps it's a good idea.
