sit down in a quiet place and just write everything down and when you're done. you're relaxed and everything that was in your head. is now on the paper so your mind isnt cluttered

Hi There,
I choose to refer to this as stress relievers. It is true that we all have different things we do to relive our stress. I agree with you that physical exercise is the best thing to do to relieve stress. I either go for a long run or I play with my kids. That is how I tend to get my peace.
cheers,

I think the best way to get rid from all your stress is to share your feeling with that person who is very near you,Your family member our your partners can easily support you by talking to you.Only they can understant your feelings.

I simply put on some spiritual music and allow it to blare in my head-it wil sooth every pain in there and peace will go for ever!

I don't let unpeaceul toughts whirl around in my head. I just asnwered a discussion about worrying too much. I don't worry about anything, I just live the best life ican live. I relax, every day, and don't take on any more in life than I can handle.

I mostly imagine the word "R-E-L-A-X" in my mind and focus on it. that way I can remind myself to get relax on myself, on my mind. and prayers might also help to deal with the 'messed up' mind.
and true, sometimes I did few push up exercise to calm myself. at least when the blood circulated to my head that way, I felt better.
walking at outdoor area where we can see the sky and see the trees / plants would also help us to calm the mind too. if we can get fresh air from the nature, it would help us to clear our breathing system and supply good oxygen to our brain. :)
