Now its my turn to say that this site is a scam

I am a member of bux-jungle ptc sites. It attracts me because they say that they pay 0.02$ for 50 adds/day. I do have a research for the site and most comment I have read is they have to try it first before they can say that this site is legitimate. So I too fall to try and in a few days I earned 4.18$ then I immediately request for payment tru paypal because the pay out is minimum of 4$. The prompt message said that I am going to wait for 2 to 5 days before my payment has to be sent to my paypal account. To my dismay, its already been 7 days after I requested my payment but to no avail. Well, its my fault also. PTC sites with 50 ads/day @ 0.02$ per add and the payout is only 4$ minimum sounds like a scam at first glance but it does not only sounds like scam, I think it is really a scam site. Does anyone here in mylot a member of bux-jungle? do you get paid? Is this site a scam? or Im just missing something? Please share...
