When joining PTCs, do you buy referrals / account upgrades?

Referrals are an easy way to earn money very quickly. And so does account upgrades (i.e. from 0.01 cent / ad, when you upgrade to a premium membership, you'll get 0.15 cents / ad...). My question is, do you purchase those...

Do you pay attention or interested in ads that you clicks on PTC site?

I wonder if most of the earner just click and ignore the ads then does it worth for buy advertiser on PTC site? For me, sometimes I see the ads and go further on that link but most of the time that I click ads I just ignore...
