What do you say to a friend who is continuing a behaviour that is not good for them such as a bad relationship or a bad job?

Well, if I regard that person as my friend, I'll tell them the truth nicely. Sometimes they are not aware that they are behaving badly, so I guess you are helping them in a way. If they do not listen, well, you have done your part. But if that's not a friend, then I suppose I won't bother - after all, how often will you be with him or her?

Hi.I had close friends who were in relationships that had the other person cheating on them. But i let it be and i think they had a doubt anyway. So i left myself out of their problem. But when my friends turned to me for advise when they found out,i told them i thought it was a bad idea to go on or whatever it was.But if someone's doing themself any physical harm i would get straight down to confronting them and guiding them.It depends on how serious it is and also on the situation. There are some situations which are too personal to offer advise or opinion so figure out what the best way to help that person would be.Take care.
