well we all have a lot in our brain.... n some of us try to take it out in one form or the other.... n most of them by jotting it down in dairy... i do the same.. but as per my experience.... when i look at them again after some time when that time in my life has passed by... it always makes me smile.... even the sad things i have written makes me realise... that oh my gawd..i think so much.....
i really wanna how many of us feel the same way...isnt it strange....???

During the first few years of my illness I went through a terrible time emotionally. I wrote it all down. Every piece of anger and sadness. When I was trying to find a timeline for something (probably for litigation) I read through a lot of what I had written. What I found beneficial was how far I had come from where I was when I wrote that stuff. It was hard reading it but it also helped me to see how much I had changed... for the better.

I love writing..anything from poems to lyrics and stories. It's a great way to let things out... i love to look back at what i wrote and remember things of tha past. Even the sad times make me remember ppl or pets or things i miss and loved. So no i don't think it's strange. I think it's wonderfull to be able to read what u wrote a long time ago and remember and visualize the memories.
