I have betrayed someone's trust in me

I have betrayed the trust that someone had put in me. Atrust that took years for me to build up. I dont know what prompted me to do it, but it happened. It nearly drove me to that extreme step. I know I cant make up the damage...

well we all have a lot in our brain.... n some of us try to take it out in one form or the other.... n most of them by jotting it down in dairy... i do the same.. but as per my experience.... when i look at them again after some...
