Which is the best software for compressing MP3 files?

I just bought a new music phone and it only contains 128 mb of memory. So if I need to store more music files I need to compress it. So please help me in finding the mp3 compression software.

Hi.. there is lots of software available over the net.. you can use blaze media pro. This is a best software ever I used.. if you want then let me know I will send you downlaod link of it.
