Where is best to make a blog?

I am thinking to make another blog now and would want to know how to make a better one and I am going to spend more time on it, and it's fine if I have to pay to host it or something as long it's good ^^
But I dont have any experience with it, so any idea?

I would advise you to start with blogger, it's easy to use and you can do a lot with it. So before you start considering to take a host you need experience, the best place to earn this is Blogger in my opinion.

I have done all mine on www.blogspot.com as it's so easy to use for novices like me.
When I will have more time at home I shall do a lens on www.squidoo.com which is slightly more complicate but good too and you earn with it.
Bothe are free to use.

Blogspot! maybe you don't find it attractive because of its boring templates. I still suggest you sign up in blogger then check out eblogtemplates.com, their templates are easy on the eyes. Check out my blog in my profile, I got my template from that site.

If you are interested in html, php etc and SEO.. you should have an account on WordPress, but if you do not have time to searching plugins, updating the version you should choose Blogger.
WordPress has huge plugin and theme support. You can design your own blog as you want, even you can write the plugins on php, or edit them.
