I wish all become vegetarians.Whole world I mean. food for both stomach and mind. I wish vegetarian food is the best to make people softer. Body and mind the two things that are to be reformed to reform the whole world. Start by individuals. It is proved by scientists that when we take non-veg the brain is slowly poisoned to cruelty. Where as vegetarian food cools mind. vegetarian food is recomended when we join any any spiritual organization for meditation.

I couldn't be a Vegetarian. I need Iron, and red meat. I tried eating tofu but that taste like cardboard. So I am A Meat eater. I am Happy with it. My mind and my body approve of it.

I was a vegetarian for six years, but it's not for everyone. There are people with disorders that place a high demand for a meat-inclusive diet. For example, it's pretty difficult for someone with iron deficiency problems to be a vegetarian.
You cannot scientifically prove that the brain is "poisoned to cruelty". A vegetarian lifestyle might help an individual relate better to certain other lifestyle choices, but the consumption of meat in proper quantities is not a bad thing.
Once upon a type, in the evolutionary chain, human ancestors were herbivores. However, we've now adapted to life as omnivores. If you want to be a vegetarian, that's fine, but the whole world doesn't need to follow you.
