I don't know actually, I don't even know what is the meaning of love, but if my meaning is acceptable to you.. that love is a decision , that deciding to be with the one you love for the rest of your life, making it work and doing everything for the relationship to survive, then I say my husband is my first love.

It's alright even if you don't know the meaning of love if you mean you don't know how to express in words. What matters most is that you can feel it and you know how to express it in actions. Of course when you decide you will be with your chosen hubby, it's because you felt the love within so that is love. And deciding to marry her and make the relationship survive is a confirmation that you really are seriously in love. If you felt that emotion for the first time only for your hubby then he is your first love.

i don't have a spouse anymore but he was not my first love. i think it's great in a way when u marry your first love but doubt that happens much anymore. i don't think uever forget your first love , do you?

I can understand where this is true. My fiance, however, is my first love. I have had crushes on others, and have dated a few, but this man is the one that I fell in love with, gradually but powerfully. Have a Great day.

I married my first and definitely my last love. We met way back in high school but that was an on and off relationship for 2 years. Then we lost communication. Then after 2 years again, our paths crossed. We were on again and after 4 years we decided to get married. We are married for 10 years now going 11 on September.

Another beautiful love story you have! I like it, it sounds like mine with slight difference. My husband was also a high school classmate but he was not my first love but definitely now my greatest and last love.

My husband is my first love I happened to believe and advocated for True love waits and I live with it. I meet him when I am already 26 and people like my classmates thinks me weird having no boyfriend before that, but its okey, I have outlived that, lol. Anyway, I am a Christian and live by that, only by the grace of God and I am happy to the outcome of my prayers that God did gave me a good man, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for posting this, your thread makes me smile :)

Wonderful! It's nice to end up with your first love! I supposed you have a beautiful relationship. There are relationship where parents are not agreeable and still they make good, how much more if parents have agreed. I wish the best on your marriage.

My partner (practically married,lol), is not my first love, he is my third love, but lucky number three. I don't think I would have wanted to end up marrying my first love as I think you would always wonder what if??

before i say anything. Firstly we have to know what is true love then we can say something.In many cases it is unlikely that is really have that the two persons end up with each other but guess what if it is the will of God that the two persons should be to gather it will happen.As for me i can happen if you know what i me.

Yes he is :) I met him when we were both 16 years old and have been together since then. Couldnt imagine my world without him in it.
