Is it worth promoting your website using traffic exchange sites? Which among the traffic exchange sites produce quality traffic?

Maybe you could could try it in the beginning to promote your site a little bit. But I really don't see anything positive besides that with Traffic Exchange programs. I've wrote a post about it mentioning some traffic exchange programs: http://popularblogx.blogspot.com/

Sometimes it maybe like that but I think it's very useful and you shouldn't scare of it.
