To all you ladies out there, do you paint your fingernails/toe nails?

I paint my nails each time I went to the church. I like the pink colors, it is pinky..

Sheila, it is sooo great that you are losing weight. Painting nails is a good reward or positive reinforcement. I get so busy that I do not do my nails, but I am this summer. Right now I am favoring a peach or coral with lots of pearly shine. I do some dark, but not bright red. I am dark haired, where it is not gray, and when I am outside I get med-dark skin. I think the coral is an excellent shade on me. I am not as good with the pale champagne shades, because they look washed out on me.

i don't actually... my work is a labour work and i don't see the necessity to paint my nails as i will destroy them again after i finish work... i prefer to leave my nails just like that... i also don't have the patience and time to paint my nails and wait for them to dry off before i can do something again... i guess i'm just not a lady like type of woman... take care and have a nice day...

In my younger days I painted my fingernails. I haven't done it in a long time. When I did, I also liked the lighter colors especially pink.

Okay I feel I will be the first man to respond in this manner. I myse;lf will paint two toenails ever so often. I don't know why I just do it ever so often. I use a light color, or clear so it doesn't show that much in my sandals. yeah, Grandpa Bob can and is strange at times huh? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I paint my toenails and my fingernails about once per month. I work alot and it does not stay on for long anyway. I like to use any shades of pink. I have used some with glitter in it but it was only because I was out of my usual kind.

I like to paint my fingers. I like subtle shades , something light and matt. I love shades of purple and pink. I avoid glittery types of nail paints. I dont like them too much. They are very loud. ~Pinks~

i do this sometimes. may be on weekends when i find some time. but not on all weeks i can find the time. also I am not very particular abouit this.

When spring, summer, and fall are in session I always make sure my toenails are painted because I'm much more likely to be wearing shoes that show my toes. I like bright colors and also colors like deep scarlett. I don't usually paint my finger nails unless it is a really special occasion. The reason is because I feel like I'm forever washing my hands, which makes the paint come off my fingnails faster, and then I would have to repaint and do touch ups much more often. Toe nail polish stays on much longer, so I don't mind keeping that up. I do sometimes put on a clear coat of polish just for shine. I wash my hands so much because I have an indoor dog and I'm more conscious about germs since I moved into an apartment. I have enough health problems, I don't need any caused by not washing my hands.

You started to paint your toes partly because you were losing weight and wanted to do things that made you feel good about yourself. I started to paint my toes again just recently to help me feel better about myself so I might get focused enough to loose some weight. We will see how it goes as I just started a couple of weeks ago. I gave up on myself and I just started doing things like paint my toe nails , grow my fingernails and I do notice if I feel better about myself I do want to take better care of myself. Does that make sense?

yes, i love painting my toenails.,and my favorite color is black or beige.,i usually change it every two weeks.,sometimes i just do it on my own but if im kinda lazy ., i treat myself and go to the parlor and have my nails and hair done.,Ü have a nice day ahead!

I used to do it all the time at home but I sort of outgrew it. Bending over my toes put a strain on my back, so I just go to the salon to have a pedicure every now and then. It isn't that expensive anyway and it doesn't take that much time. I guess it's less fun to let other people do it for me but at least I don't have to suffer any back pains any more. Nowadays though I'm trying to pinch pennies so I haven't had my nails done in over a month. :(

I do!!but not all the time.I paint my nails not just the ordinary manicure or pedicure thing that you can get to the salon,i do some NAIL ART!I experiment in my designs,but if im in a hurry i just paint flowers,dots,dog foot prints,and lines.

I have always painted my Nails and Toe Nails I only like light Colours though I hate not having Nailvanish on my Nails lol I feel like I am not dressed properly

I dont paint my nails,but I do paint my toe nails. I like pinks and peach and purple colors. I dont go for the gilittery type either.

I paint my fingernails and toe nails whenever I get a chance. I usually paint them once every two weeks. When I paint mines my daughter always wants hers painted too. I tend to paint mines with colors that are in. But I love the pastel colors and doing a french manicure.

I like to paint my nails, but it is hard to keep polish on the fingernails, so I usually just paint my toenails, especially in the summer. I tend to go with pinks and purples, with maybe the occasional red. Bright colors are nice for the toenails in summer.

i do paint my toe nails once a month...and i go for platinum white or a transparent one...
