how du u make and eat your salads

well all vegetables for salds is t o cleaned atleast twice in running water and if you add a pinch of potassium permanganate it will clean the vegetables of all hiding organisms is what i have heard, is this much cleaning enough, especially in monsoons, and eating salads, i dont know, i just eat

i get the bag of salad that is already cleaned and is lettuce, cabbage and carrots then i add Romano and Parmesan cheese then i buy the olive garden restaurant salad dressing and use that at home and then add black olives

I use tomatoes and Carrots I put the tomatoes and lettuce into a colander and wash thruly with hot water for about 2-4 Minutes. After I cut the lettuce up I drop it back into the colander and do a quick rinse. I also add diced ham and diced cheese.
