Homemade of course! They are always the best when it comes to fresh, and you can eat them right out of the oven while they are still nice and warm. :] I don't care as much for the store-bought ones, but occasionally you can find some good ones that are nice and soft.

I like both kinds. But I don't think I have ever had truly homemade cookies, like from scratch or anything. My dad sometimes gets the refrigerated cookie dough and bakes cookies, and those are really good! Especially when they first come out of the oven and they are warm and really soft still. I think that is a major reason I prefer them from home because when you get a pack of cookies from the store they usually aren't soft. Although, peanut butter cookies from the bakery department are usually pretty soft and fresh, so those are amazing. And there are some brands of chocolate chip cookies where they make versions that are soft. And those I like the best. In the end, I'd much rather have cookies from the oven at home.

I will have to say the store bought ones taste better than MY homemade ones. Everytime I will attempt to make a cookie I always Burn them so technically it doesn't taste like a cookie.. So my vote will be for the store bought one..

Homemade are always better. I mean you get to get them real fresh right out of your own oven. I love them right out the oven even though we're told to let them cool. I generally eat at least two before letting the rest cool down. I just can't help it. That the best time to see the chocolate all gooey, but oh so good. I mean I don't mind store bought sometime, but rather have homemade any day.

I like homemade the best, but if I don't have time to make any then I will buy store bought. Some store bough cookies aren't bad and to make them taste fresh out of the oven I pop them in the microwave for a bit to heat them up.

Cookie making used to be regular when the kids were all at home, but now theres just me and my partner theres not a lot of point in chrning out cookies by the hundred,so I tend to buy a packet, often I will buy the peanut butter cookies or the cadburys chocolate chip cookies, either or I dont mind, but the homemade cookies are far neater to eat.

I only eat homemade cookies, either mine or my mom's....they taste so much better and don't have any artificial junk in them. I love any cookies with dried fruit and/or nuts in them so I love oatmeal raisin (with or without chocolate chips and nuts added), date pinwheels, Mexican wedding cookies... * 1 c. non-hydrogenated margarine * 1/4 c. granulated sugar * 2 t. vanilla * 2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted * 2 c. pecans, almonds, or walnuts (or all 3) lightly salted, finely chopped * 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 300F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (or use non-stick ones). Cream the margarine, granulated sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Add the flour, mixing until thoroughly combined. Add nuts mixing until well-blended, about 30 seconds. Measure out generously-rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, and roll into balls. Place about an inch apart on your sheet(s). Bake until they just begin to turn golden, about 30 minutes. Roll cookies in the powdered sugar while they're still hot. Cool on baking sheets before serving. Makes about 3-dozen
