do you love to have a brother and a sister???

I have an older brother and his wife is like a sister to me. I love that they are there for me when I need them. They are great people and I don't know what I would do without them. When I was growing up my brother and I would fight all the time but it was worth it since we have a relationship now. We are 3 years apart.

Hi my friend I was brought up an only child too. When I was much younger I remember my parents asking me if I would like a baby brother or sister and I remember quite well what I answered: NO!! I think I was a very spoiled child. They did try to give me a new sibling, but things didn't work out that way. Now, I wished I would have had one. With both of my parents deceased now, I am left all alone with no other family and it's quite sad. It would be nice to be able to share my life with a sibling. Have a nice night, Char

I have one sister who is five and a half years younger than I am. When we were growing up, we didn't like each other very much. We used to fight all the time over really stupid things. Now that we're both adults though, we get along much better. At the end of it all, I wouldn't trade her for anything!

I'm also the only child in my family, I've ever been glad that I have no siblings, just for a very selfish reason, I want to monopolize the whole love of my parents. As a result, I had no friends, I can't gain other's true care and love, just because I only will love myself, I couldn't bear the person which I loved gave his/her love to others. I didn't feel safe, I worried about lossing love every day. I fell in deep pain. After thinking it over seriously, I began to try to be kind and tolerant to others, gradually, I obtained unexpected results and now I learned that if only we are lenient with others, love others first, we then receive love from them, meanwhile, we will feel the true happiness, not just only simply exchange. I think if I have brothers or sisters when I'm a child, it must have been helpful to having healthy character.

i have an older brother and younger sister. they are the world to me. they are such a big part of my life. they are the best aunt and uncle to my children. i don't know what it would be like to be an only child. we are so supportive of each other, and i love that about the two of them.

I used to wish, when I was younger, that I didn't have so many brothers and sisters. I have 3 of each and we grew up close to each other because we grew up in an abusive home and we were always there to protect each other, as much as we could. I also always had someone to play with and never got bored. We were the fun of the neighbourhood since there were so many of us, everyone wanted to play with us. We played a lot in the streets, hide and seek mostly. There were always about 20 of us neighbourhood kids playing together. But when it came to things like, the three oldest or the three youngest got it, like left over cookies or cake or ice cream and there was just enough for three kids, I never got any because I was the middle child. I used to get really mad about that and thought that was unfair, but it was just the way it was. Now when I talk to my mom about it, she doesn't remember that I was always the one left out. She says she didn't realize it or she would have done something about it. It doesn't matter now because we are all adults now, and very close. My youngest sister is my very best friend.

Well I'm the oldest, I have 3 sisters and 1 brother, so theres five of us all together. Yeah, it was fun growing up, we fought with each other like siblings do, and we also had fun hanging out with each other. Theres probably nothing we wouldn't do for each other. Unfortunately, we've all moved away from each other, but we call, and try to get together when we can. Its always good to see family again..

Having my younger siblings with me has made my life lively while living alone makes my life very boring. Although there are times that I get irritated with them but still I enjoy their company. Before, I used to live in my grandma's house without them and it was very boring. When my younger siblings came around, it made my life very lively. Even though I'm an adult, I still play with them like a child.

I have 2 elder sister and 2 younger brothers we have a great family my sisters got married and i miss them soo much. let me tell you one thing what i have observed in my life that nothing is important to have then your family i realy enjoyed soo much all this and i advice you that if you dont have such family try to give it to your coming childrens thts wt i think you can do for your childrens.

hi dear i have a younger brothe and i love him very much..however i wish i has a sister as well..bcoz i and my bro are very different but blood relations bond and are very close...we both fight like mad but cant do without one another..and i do love him all the same and i know he will always be there for me..

Yes, I loved them so much I have 3 brothers and 2 sister, they are one of the most important people in my life, I treasure them so much! though sometimes we fight, but still it's just a brother-sister argument in the end we end it up laughing with it together. We have big family, what to expect? very noisy and happy home! specially if we are complete and everybody is home, yeah our house Rocks! :), our family live in very simple living only, but inspite of it I'm proud because are relationship are also tested as well in tough times... It depends which brother or sister are you talking about. As the middle child I'm really not close to any of them and I have always been acting alone. I really wish too that I have better brithers or sisters that I could care but that's life we can't choose our family.
