relaxing music

I am in need of some music to help me relax and was wondering if anyone had any ideas

I listen to classical music, Chopin, Strauss, Brahms, Beethoven, and more. They ware very relaxing. I listen to classical music of other cultures too, every evening.

try listening to bossa music, or jazz.
or maybe classical music like mozart's. wehn i want to relax i always listen to those. :D

I will try listen to jazz. I dont want to listen to anything that sad or anything like that becuase when I am stressed I am sad enough I dont want the music to bring me any farther down.

I think any kind of music can be relaxing as long as you enjoy the music you're listening to. I like oldies myself foe relaxing. but if you want a more traditional relaxation type of music I would suggest anything to do with nature. It can be very calming listening to a babling brook or thunderstorm. I used to listen to these kinds of tapes all the time until I got my noise machine LOL
