When I'm lonely, listening to music ease my loneliness especially when I'm listening to my favorite pop punk bank the PARAMORE. Music can change my mood and it really helps me a lot.

holbstep I am reading this awesome book called "This Is Your Brain On Music" by Daniel J. Levitin. It is so insightful about how our brains respond to music and why it is such an important part of every historical culture. I recomend it to any music lover!

holbstep Part of being a good friend is telling her the truth even when it is hard. obviously there are different kinds of friendships, so this depends on whether you are in a deep enough friendship that you can slap her upside the head and tell her she's doing...

holbstep That is an interesting idea... I am currently worried about my finace's choice for bestman, but I am not sure he will go for it. He says that he wants to make the audience cry. I'm thinking this is not a good thing. But thanks for the tip!

I am a sunblock girl. The higher the better. I am talking 45-50 or higher kiddie kind of sunblock or I burn and peel then burn some more and peel and it goes from there.

holbstep I do that all the time. Right now I have Three Day's Grace "Never Too Late" in my head. Ever get a just a word stuck in your head that you just can't stop repeating? Or am I the only one?

holbstep I am a music major and I tend to judge songs on their individual merit, not their genre. It is like comparing apples to oranges. I love everything from Classical, Alternative, Funk, R&B, Punk, Jazz, and yes, God forbid, some Country. I think it is healthy to...

We have fireworks on the 3rd and 4th. It's a two day fun fest for all. Joliet Il, has some of the best fireworks displays.

holbstep Ya... I can imagine. I am the youngest of three girls, no bothers. And even though all of us have grown up (one married and I am next) we still get together and do this every year. It is a wonderful tradition to start!

holbstep My family has a tradition of going to a particular park during the afternoon and having an all day picinic. Then we stay to watch the huge firework display that the city has over our river that is only one mile away! We have been doing it for as long as I can...

holbstep I am a shirt, jean, and flip flops person myself. Unfortunately I am a vocal major at a university and I am forced to dress up three out of the five days of the week! No wonder I look forward to the summer and slipping on those comfortable blues... *smiles*
