angel_hershey after work. i turn on the radio in my room. sometimes mp3 and in my cellphone. i love music! it's my routine everyday.whenever i feel sad i just listen to it and it makes me feel better.:)

angel_hershey yeah i agree to this comment. maybe your mom just wants you to drink lots of water everyday. because water is good for the body. it cleanses our system. it is an antioxidant also.. if you drink lots of water eventually you will excrete it.
