...i'm just wondri'n because my mom told me that water do help in gaining weight aside from eating high carbo foods...because i'm thin i'm trying to gain some weight..does it really helps?

angel_hershey yeah i agree to this comment. maybe your mom just wants you to drink lots of water everyday. because water is good for the body. it cleanses our system. it is an antioxidant also.. if you drink lots of water eventually you will excrete it.

angel_hershey i agree. i prefer flat shoes because high heels makes me feel so uncomfortable. eventhough i'm small, i don't care. because nowadys, i used to see girls wearing high heels to make them look taller, but for me, i am more concerned if i will be comfortable.
