1. What do you need to know about your students' learning styles before designing a lesson plan?
2. How do you go about planning a lesson? Where do you start? What are the steps?
Thank you!

Hi, students'learning styles consist of their interests, motivation and so on.Before you design a lesson plan, you can match your teaching styles with learning styles. I think the first step is to analyse your teaching goals. And the preparations of students, teaching tasks, teaching contents, teaching strategies, the selecting of teaching media, evaluation and feedback, and at last, you must make a conclution. You can write your teaching reflections on your blog or share the experiences with peers.
