oh wow i like only one soup that is tom yum soup ,it is very delicios, spicy ,tasty non veg soup ,you can prepare this soup in only 15 min an 10 min for cook .
enjoy with this recipy
1- 3 cups chicken stock
2- 1 stalk lemongrass,slced thinly and minced
3- 3 kaffir lime leaves
4- 3 cloves garlic ,minced
5- 1-2 red chilies
6- 1/2 cup fresh coriander,roughly chopped
7- fish sause
8- a handful of fresh shiitake mushrooms
9- 12 midium or large raw shrimp,shells removed
10- i can good quality coconut milk,and 1 more cup good quality stock,1/4 cup lime juise +sugar (to taste)
11- additional red chilies ,plus other vegetable like cherry tamatoes or bell peppers,as desired.
i know you cant collect these veg and product, but you can make your any soup more delicious ,spicy,and more tasty from these product and veg steps.

I basically live out of a crock pot on soup. Beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, celery, turkey, sometimes the kitchen sink. I make all kinds of soups.

There are a few critical ingredients for a soup. Salt, pepper, onion, carrot, celery. The rest is up to you. You can add a flavor mix if you don't really know what your doing. Aujus Gravy mix was what I started with when I was a novice.

Any kind of meat can be added to a soup, although I've personally never done fish.

well the soups i know are all chinese. it's pretty easy but might take some time. just add all the ingredients into the pot, add water and boil for a few hours. the ingredients usually consist of chicken/pork bones and one vegetable. add a few red dates and wolfberries for flavour. common vegetables used for soup making are old cucumber, watercress and sichuan-style preserved vegetable. just add any one of these with the bones and boil. these are clear soup which is good to have with a meal. i'm not sure if these are common ingredients where you are though.
