Ice cold water can make one fat. So, it's adviceable to drink it warm. According to health conscious people it is better to drink 1 liter in the morning before you brush your teeth and before breakfast. If you can't consume 1 liter, do it gradually. This is also one way of detoxification.

No water will never make you fat. Too much of water isn't good but that's a different thing. Also after you drink a lot of water it fills you up so you feel like your "bloated" and fat. This just gives you more energy for the day.

Water doesn't have any calories. Too many calories are what makes a person fat. If your body retains water it doesn't add to the body weight. Water can have minerals but no calories. Drink plenty of water because it carries away the impurities from the kidneys and is eliminated by urinating. drinking water in fact might help to loose weight since it can be filling. Sometimes those hunger pangs can mean that your thirsty and need some water.

Water cannot make you fat. It has no calories. It may make you retain water weight for a few days until your body comes to terms with the extra water and realizes that it is going to keep coming. Then your body will send the excess to your kidneys for excretion. It will take with it toxins and such. So, in the long run, water will help you lose weight by filling you up with calorie free fluid instead of pop and such.

Nope, i dont think its possible. Water cant make any1 fat. Drinking lots of water is good 4 health and skin as well as our entire system. So drinking water has no known side effects. I have never heard about this one before. Infact ppl say, they stay the way they are coz they have lots of water.

Drinking water doesn't make you fat.Actually drinking water is essential for you good health.Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid a day.Remember drinking too much water dilutes the blood's normal salt content, producing a condition called hyponatremia (water intoxication.)
cheers..

I don't see how it could. It has no calories unless you are drinking that flavored water in a bottle. It may make you bloated if you drink too much, but a few trips to the bathroom should take care of that.

i do not think drinking water can make you fat. i do believe drinking enough water is good for our health, but too little or too much is not good.
some people try to lose weight by drinking water when they are hungry. frankly speaking, i do not support it. it will make you unhealthy and affect your appetite.

the water is absorbed into your body's organs and such giving u the extra weight.
