m_rdzy Depends ... for item like books or cd it's ok to me. For electrical goods & clothings i prefer to buy at stale or supermarket coz I'm really a choosy person. I concern to view, check & try it before deciding to buy ... huhuh

m_rdzy never try any vitamins for build muscle, it's not compulsory to take all those kind of vitamins, juz maintain your exercise & do concious on healthy food taken is already enough yeah ...
