I used to take vitamins pills when I was in my teens and early twenties...
I used to think if I took a vitamin pill then I would have all the vitamins I needed for that day and therefore it then didn't matter what I ate for the rest of the day???
I'm laughing at myself now.
Now I ate a good diet and don't need any vitamin pills.
Anyone else do that when they were younger or do it now??

I eat a very healthy diet and never eat fast foods but I still take a one a day supplement as even the best choice of food does not give you everything your body needs. My doctor agrees.

Hehe i can see the logic there, not sure it works like that though!! lol The only thing i take is cranberry extract as i used to be very prone to water infections and cranberry juice helps but i can't stand the taste so they're the next best thing!! I try to make sure i get all the vitamins etc i need in a day by eating sensibly!! xxx

i'm a girl at the age of 18,
and i'm also eating vitamin now.
i think it do us good more or less.
as i'm studing in school far away from my home now,
i dont have many chances to eat fundamental nutritive food,
so having vitamins everyday can make up the nutrition still need.

Hey Anne
Sure I did that when I was younger then stopped for years. I have been getting dizzy spells lately and am wondering if I am lacking something so might put myslef on a course of vitamins until I figure out what is causing it. I had my blood tested for iron but it appears to be ok, I dunno, who know's?
