I know anger is a bad feeling...that's why I avoid it at all cost but sometimes you have to let it out.
Whenever I feel angry towards anybody I just locked
myself in to a bathroom and scream at the top of my lungs...of course with a towel to cover my mouth so that nobody would hear...how about you...how will you deal with your anger?

I tend to walk away. I might even go for a walk. When you say things out of anger it hurts the person you love. Out of all the ten good things you say to them they will remember the hurtful thing you said first and most. Having a tantrum is unacceptable in my book best to calm down first and rethink the situation before speaking.

Whenever I'm angry I just let out a deep breath and start to shut down myself by being indifferent to everything.
