If you're really angry...what will you do to calm yourself?

I know anger is a bad feeling...that's why I avoid it at all cost but sometimes you have to let it out. Whenever I feel angry towards anybody I just locked myself in to a bathroom and scream at the top of my lungs...of course...

lenocool hi,it's normally in our life.i will chat with my friends or my family when i was anger,and talk about it with them.
