I guess im 90% romantic and 10% realistic. I believe in flowers, slow dances, soft touches, hugging, cuddling etc.. but at the same time I think it's important to be a little realistic so that you don't get disappointed if your better half doesn't do these things!

I agree. It can be disappointing when your better half doesn't do the things you do...

Nope; I am terrible at being romantic, to be quite frank.

I wouldn't call myself 100% romantic, but I would say I'm close maybe 60% romantic 40% realistic.

Does that 40% bring your feet down to earth when ever you need to?

Ask him and let us know what he thinks. Maybe you are more of a romantic than you think.

NO wouldn't call myself a romantic at all. I just do what I have to do to get laid! I fix my man 3 meals a day clean the house watch the kids. He is happy with that and it keeps me "satisfied". If I wasted energy on trying to be romantic I would be too tired for what I really want.

How right you are!! Its better to keep him happy and for him to touch you in the right places than receiving a full blown flower arrangement. You think?

i am a complete romantic. i love the idea of being in love. romantic movies, flowers, intimate dinners, slow dancing, soft touches, gentle kisses, quiet moments stuck in eachothers gaze...OMGOSH I LOVE IT! lol. I'm a TOTAL nerd when it comes to romance. I believe in forever with that ONE person...in growing old and falling more and more in love with that person...I believe in having my heart race each time I see him. Oh man...yep...100%!!!

you know - i don't. I've had my heart broken, yes. In the end...it's worth it. Not even on the romance level, but, more on the level of growing and becoming a stronger person emotionally and character wise. i also enjoy the romance while it lasts - before the breakup - so it builds good memories...and sometimes even good ideas for later relationships.LOL.

LOL!! I'm happy to hear that! It is always good to be and feel like you do. But do you get your heart broken more often than not?
