ASoldiersAngel02 The only thing i've ever tried is eating differently(less red meat for me). Exercise is always a good thing to try. There are exercises specifically designed for that area as well as others too.

ASoldiersAngel02 I figure if our fingers and toes were all the same Length then it would be more difficult for us to grab on to things or pick them up. we would not be able to move in the same way as we do now.
