What makes a guy change his behavior 360 degree?

Lately,one of my colleague (a guy) who used to be patient,cool and good-tempered,suddenly he burst out his temper. His behavior totally changed,became so selfish,mean and easily kept things in heart. After the incident,the other person on the phone hung up his phone with any notice and ending.He became like another person. What was happened to him actually?

Does he have girl friend?there is too little details.

Oh yea,I forgot to mention. This guy did not date a girl for a couple of years already and now he is 30 years old. I think this can be one of the reasons because he got no attention on other aspects.Could it be?

hey he might have got frustrated due to long working hours or perhaps he didn't get what he was expecting for his relationships or something else After all there are just so many aspects involved in a person's psychology and with so little data its hard to tell. However, I think you need to give him sometime and wait for him to speak out his problems, else you can accost him sometime later.
