What Came First...

There were eggs being laid before there were chickens laying eggs, so I have to argue that the egg came before the chicken. Before there were chickens (birds), dinosaurs were laying eggs. Before there were dinosaurs or any reptiles on the land, there were fish in the water laying eggs. Earth was covered in eggs before there was a single bird.

got to say that the chicken came first.And the proof is that all the religions preach the same thing that is god created the earth.heaven and all the animals.No mention about he eggs.Also if you see it through the scientific point of view...all scientist say that micro organisms developed into animals.No egg again.....!!!

Lets see what do I think? I think the chicken came first. Why do I think this? Well, in the bible it said that God created the animals, it didn't say He created the eggs to be hatched into animals later. Its a good question and NO ONE will ever know the correct answer, NO scientist will ever figure it out. (I don't care how many cures, inventions, awards that scientist has came up with either, he/she is NOT going to be able to answer it.) It gets you thinking and thats about it.............a good ole' hummmmmmmmmm????

I say the chicken came first. I don't know why, but it makes more sense to me. I'm still curious why the chicken became the topic of 'which came first' rather than a fish. To me, that is an even bigger question. Who started this anyway? And what was their true meaning behind it. Sorry, I tend to over think things, lol.

The chicken came first. I believe that God made a chicken so it could lay eggs.

I think chicken came first because however you see it, how can an egg suddenly appear on planet earth and then a chicken came out of it. It's the same if you think of the human race. If you say Adam is the first human being on planet Earth, then who gave birth to him? It's a seemingly complex question but the answer is simple enough. :D
