Definitely I put all my vote for Mozilla Firefox. It's been years [or half a decade?] since I last used Explorer. Explorer sucks. It's made by Microsoft. I never liked microsoft. Anyway, Explorer, due to being a commercial item, is not really update, i think. Viruses and hackers can get through this browser.
I love Firefox. First, it's free. Second, there are so many updates and customization options for it. Why? Because it's free! It's opensourced, meaning, developers are free to check how Firefox works and be able to make adaptations, improvements, extentions and other enhancements to the Firefox.
Long live Firefox.

Yes! i love the FIND option too. And if there's so many of them in one page, you can highlight to locate at one look where those words are.

As I get use to FireFox I am sure that I will like it better. Firefox seems to be a good browser but after I choose between these two I am certain I will start working with another. I used Opra a while ago and that worked very well as it was a great browser.
Thank you for the response and have a great day!!

I'm using firefox. I started using it because of the tabbed browsing, as I didn't want to have so many IE windows cluttered on my taskbar. Although now IE7 has tabbed browsing, but I'm still sticking to firefox :)

I use firefox myself.I started doing that after I noticed my daughters computer wasn't getting so much spyware and viruses.I can only attribute it to the fact that she wasn't using internet explorer anymore.I was forever having to reformat her hard drive.I do think the pop up blocker is great and I don't get the spyware and viruses I once got either..The only thing good I have to say about internet explorer is I think it is a bit faster.

At office, I use Internet Explorer. Well I have no choice. That's the standard.
But I prefer Firefox. I use it on my laptop. It is more secure than the other one. It is convenient to use. And what I like most about this browser is every time I close the window, it prompts me if I would like to clear private data such as browsing history, cache, cookies, saved form and search history, authenticated sessions, etc. unlike Internet Explorer wherein I still have to go to Internet options to clear my cache.

I also prefer Firefox over Internet Explorer, but I downloaded Firefox 3 last week and now I can't get it to open. It keeps saying that it crashed and needs to restart, but it never restarts. I have even uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still doesn't work.

I use firefox as my primary browser. Some things that I do online I can only use internet explorer for. Surveys are easier to do generally with explorer. Also trying to do some technical functions is better with explorer.

I prefer Firefox because it is more secure and there is the ability for add-ons to be installed onto it. That is why i like it more, it has way more functionality than IE ever will have unless they copy Firefox's idea of add-ons. Even if they did do that i would still stick to Firefox anyways.

the add ons might not be compatible with the version of firefox you have, you may have to update your add ons
