I Just Noticed That You Could Easily Make a Mistake and Post the 2nd Time...

to a discussion especially if you don't read all the responses first. There are times that I am really interested in answering a discussion without checking all the answers. I just think my answer would be different from the other responses already posted. Have you made this kind of mistake, posting twice to a discussion? :)

if you are talking about commenting multiple times to a discussion i try to not do that.. the only time it has happened is if i forget one of the points i wanted to make or i mistyped it or if im commenting on some one elses comment

That's a good point. There are indeed discussions that are very long like 50+ responses. I still posted my response anyway without reading the rest. It takes a lot of time since most of them are really long. I'm probably hoping the same thing as you do that nobody else posted the same idea as I just did.
We can't help it though. If a topic really interests me I just post away. I read it though when there's a few of 'em posted to make sure I have a different answer. Sometimes though, discussions have same responses but different way of saying it. Like Happy Birthday to someone or congratulations. Take care bro!

i did this many times it's because of my email notification got in trouble or when i saw it under my interest discussions when i open my page. when i follow my email notification never minding the topic if i have had posted already my discussions. i only know if i respond already if the system didn't ask me a tag.

Muelitz, yesterday,i saw a discussion,i was about to response, then i found, several days ago,i had replied the same one,i'am not for sure, and i just stopped. So i want to say it's probable to make a mistake and post the 2nd time. But if we post the second time,i think maybe the one who start the discussion also will comment for the second time. LOL

Sometimes it's really hard to remember the responses that you have already made particularly those discussions that stay active for a month or more. It will be hard to read all the responses to verify if you have already responded or the views that you'll make have already been said. Though all our responses are noted in the "discussion I've responded to" column, it's not realistic to check them all the time.

Well I know that when I go back several pages and a lot of times I usally forget which threads that ive posted on and sometimes i will post on a thread ive already posted to and not realise that ive posted on that thread already which sucks since I dont get credit for that post.
