I dont really read these types of novels. I prefer stories of characters in books facing real life challenges or
biographies or autobiographies. I do like to read many sorts of books and novels however. I hope you do as well. It is good to keep an open mind.

I like fantasy novels too. They're a fun departure from everyday life with magic and all the possibilities that come from being able to have magic and magical creatures like unicorns and stuff. I also like paranormal romances which is just fantasy with romance, they're fun.

Yes, I do. I love fantasy books, I think they're good to read when you want some time free from a daily life :P I like to read T.Goodkind's The Sword of Truth saga, T.Pratchett's Discworld series and books by Eddings too;) As well as some of my national writers I'm not gonna mention because I'm from Poland and you probably didn't hear about them xD

I love to read, and will read just about anything, but Fantasy novels are a favourite of mine. Some of the authors that I read include Traci Harding, Terry Brooks, Sara Douglas and Celia Freidman.
I'm always on the lookout for new, good fantasy novels, so if anyone has any suggestions, that would be great!

I also love reading fantasy novels. It's a nice getaway to read about magic, knights, elves, dwarves, and in my favorite book, kenders. My favorite books are the Dragonlance Chronicles from Dungeons and Dragons.

Hi Drax,
Fantasy novels are a good read. I have a very wide variety of things I like to read. Depending on my life at the time, I may read a fantasy novel to get away from real life for a short time. It helps me deal with the harshness of life in general.
I like to think that I have an open mind since I enjoy reading almost anything.

I, too, enjoy these books. Contrary to popular believe, you can see many real problems within the fantasy. The characters are very strong and the plots, absolutely riveting. Right now I am in the middle of The Bartimaeus Trilogy, the middle one called The Golem's Eye, written by Jonathan Stroud. Tracy Weis is good as is Ursala LeGuin. I love these books. It's great to find someone who also enjoys them.

Yup...I love 'em. I'm currently reading The Narnia Chronicles, The Bartimaeus Trilogy and am awaiting the next book in the Eragon series. I've also read any books I can find that have dragons in them. I'm waiting for The Golden Compass to arrive. I read The Lord of the Rings at least once a year. And I love the Redwall books. Really, they are just too numerous to list here. I like 'em all.

I really love reading fantasy books. I don't know why it captivates me so much but I'm really in to it. I love reading the book series 'Artemis Fowl' written by Eoin Colfer. The first book is a story of a boy who uses his wisdom to restore his family's fortune that can lead to a cross-species war. It really was a great story that after I've read the first book, I immediately went to the bookstore to buy the next books. It really is a great book, I tell you. I recommend all of you to read it!
