We didn't do much here, hubby had to go to work for awhile on the 4th and we just enjoyed our much needed rain we were getting and much cooler weather. Have a great one

Hiya Grandpa Bob, hows you? looks like you have had a good weekend, nice weather too. Guess what the good ole UK has had, RAIN. Or should I say that is what my part of the UK has had, I bet everyone else over here has had a heatwave, I am thinking that everytime there is a black cloud it zooms straight to me. Mind you saying that I pegged my washing out this afternoon and it rained, and then it hammered it down and then it stopped for about forty minutes and do you know that washing dried? Fancy that! Well, yes it does appear there is unsettlement around and about today, although I am not really following what it is all about so I have got some reading to do to find out! see ya later xx

I've been away from Mylot for a couple of weeks, always good to come back and see the regulars still pluggin, LOL! I've seen a lot of the gripes, moaning and complaining you're talking about and I have to agree with you..............Can't we all just get along?

Looks like that it is you that cannot get along so to speak. Everyone has a different topic to submit which makes MyLot so interesting. Just because you do not agree, does not mean that they have to be discarded to fit around YOUR type of discussions! But have a nice day anyway from Deeeky

hi grandpa bob yes and amen to all that todays stuff is a lot of ranting and whining and makes my headache and makes me wonder at times. much as I like one certain poster today I wanted to kick her in the keaster for whining, even if wronged whining gets on everyones nerves after a while. and I feel like I am in a kindergarten full of spoiled little brats. Yeah,nowaday more and more people would like to complain in their daily lives.Maybe it is the effective way that they show their unsatisfied feelings about common life.But personally I tend to do so privately,not in public,because I think it will affect others' feeling.

I am so with you on this one Granpa Bob. It's not like it used to be that I can say. You can't even wish anyone anything anymore birthday, holiday, you name it. You can't even bring up how the weather is anymore with out some one blowing a gaskit. I think your right we all should get along and stop this woa is me stuff and be happy for once.

Hi there. I just popped on myself and I'm not seeing a whole lot worthy of talking about here. We had a busy weekend cleaning up in the yard yesterday and in the house. I'm tired!! We also did a little shopping at the antique mall close to home. Not too exciting but a nice break from work! Have a restful Sunday evening! That's about all I plan on doing here.

Hi grandpa. The weekend here was also very hot and humid, My daughter came from out of town with the two grandkids, and we all went to the fireworks and had a good time.

Grandpa Bob! Where have you been? I've been at a loss trying to deal with all the ruckus on MyLot today. Why is everyone so mad, today? I have tried to stay neutral. Sometimes, I think that it would be better for me to stay off MyLot on the weekend. In my real life, I'm not an uppity person and don't tell people how to live their own lives. Yeah , sometimes my lot can be bit of a downer . My weekend was busy actually this time . Friday for the forth of July we had a small cookout and then went to see some fireworks in the park . Saturday I got to go to my cousins first bday party and see my dads side of the family . Sunday was a lazy day with just chilling buy the pool . Today , is my dads bday and we are having a cake later . July so far has been a busy month for me . Unlike June which was way too slow . Have a good week Grandpa bob
