Who here likes Frozen Yogurt?

I just found a great frozen yogurt place near my house that has been here for a couple of years. I used to eat it years ago, but stopped because ice cream was cheaper. Now, I think I will start eating it again.
Does anyone else here like frozen yogurt? Do you have a favorite place to go? What kind of flavors do you like?

I love frozen yogurt. I love white chocolate the best. I do not remember what brand the store is called at this moment.

My mother, sister and sister's friend all got sick and they were not sure if it was the pizza or the yogurt that gave them food poisoning.
I had only ever gone to one yogurt place with my sister years ago.
I guess the "Yogurt Shop Murders" made me never interested in going here in town.
I'm not so much afraid, but even when I drive by the place where the shop used to be I think of those 4 girls. Also, if I see the name of the shop I think of those poor girls too.

I make my own for me and the kids. I put the store bought yogurt in a mixer and add some extra fruit into it and blend it until it is smooth them pour it into individual cups and freeze it. When they want it all they have to do it go into the freezer and get it. It freezes extra hard so they have to let it sit a few minutes if they want it to soften some but usually they just dive right in.

I've heard that it was pretty easy to do that. I have an ice cream maker, but it's really big and you have to fill it up half way. So, I don't use it that much. If it were half the size, I would use it more often.

I don't seem to like the one at the store better than the one from the shop. When I go to the store, I usually just buy ice cream if I buy any at all. Thanks for responding.

We used to eat it years ago, but in truth I like ice cream better. We don't buy that sort of thing "out" very often, as it is more economical to have it at home and there is better portion control at home, too. For frozen yogurt I think the fruit flavors are best. Peach is a favorite.

I don't particularly like peach, myself. I don't like to have ice cream at home as it's too much temptation. I'm doing better with temptation, lately, though. I've been able to keep peanut and other nut butters at home and have only binged on them once in the last month.

If you don't like the yogurt taste, then the fruit flavored ones are probably the best to try. They don't usually make frozen yogurt in the plain flavor, most are flavored with things like fruit, chocolate, etc.

I found this place called Paradise Yogurt that sells yogurt by the ounce. I used to go to Heidi's Frogen Yozurt, but they went out of business a long time ago. I think frozen yogurt went out of fashion a few years ago, but it started to make a comeback recently. The place I tried recently is very low in fat and sugar and has sugar and dairy free frozen yogurt.

I love frozen yogurt! Of course, I like chocolate. I also like vanilla and strawberry but I'm open to just about anything. It's better for us than ice cream and less fat, too. I've seen places that offer syrup and sprinkles and stuff on it and that puts it in the "bad for me" category but it's hard to resist!
I usually buy it in cartons in the ice cream section, buying it from a frozen yogurt place is very expensive!

This place that I went to wasn't that bad as it is self serve and by the ounce. I think it's about 30 cents per ounce, so a standard 4 ounce serving is about $1.20. Of course, I got more than 4 ounces the first time I went, but it still wasn't a bad price for all you can get. They even have other desserts that they can make for you like Dairy Queen for about the same price. I put myself on their mailing list so that I can get coupons.
I really haven't found frozen yogurt in the store that's as good as going to a frozen yogurt store. Plus, I only eat it once in a while and having a whole carton at home would be too tempting.

I've had frozen yogurt before, didn't really like it. I think I went for vanilla just in case it was nasty.
