donna22 Well obviously if you have melted chocolate and you put it in a cold place it will not stay melted. Same as if you put hard chocolate in a warm place it will not stay hard.

donna22 bitter chocolate is the dark kind. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants which are good for you. Chocolate only becomes bad fr when it is loaded with cream and sugar. Dark chocolate does not contain as much cream and sugar as milk chocolate.
