Is chocolate good for health ?

Heared that chocolate is good for health some way. Can anyone tell how it helpful? I'm a chocolate lover.

I'm a chocolate lover, too. Chocolate, particularly dark chocolate are known to contain flavonoid, which is significant in reducing blood pressure and cholesterol level. Chocolate also has contents which could have an anti-depressant effects because it stimulates the production of serotonin, a chemical that produces pleasure feeling in the brain. This could explain why chocolate is a comfort food for many individuals. However, chocolate is still loaded in calories, so eating moderate amount would give the best results.

I have heard that bitter chocolate is good for you. I am not too certain how though?

bitter chocolate is the dark kind. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants which are good for you. Chocolate only becomes bad fr when it is loaded with cream and sugar. Dark chocolate does not contain as much cream and sugar as milk chocolate.

Dark chocolate is supposed to be good for you. Obviously, you shouldn't eat tons and tons everyday, but a little everyday is good for you.

I have heard that chocolate does have some heart benefits. Although some people enjoy the taste of milk chocolate, dark chocolate is supposed to be healthier for us. I have always been a chocolate lover. If chocolate is good for you, that makes me even happier.

Only dark chocolate is good for you actually, milk chocolate and other kinds of chocolate are not.

Chocolates have their good and bad side. Some studies say that it is good for the circulatory system of the body and is also a good brain stimulant. On the negative side, too much of it would lead to obesity.
