Soooo many people trying to lose weight, but im one of people who want to gain weight. I have always been thin, sometimes people say me - Your so skinny! do you eat something? why your so skinny? and things like that. And sometimes im afraid that people will start think that i have anorexia or bulimia. My body look like im early teenager, also because of my small breast size. So i think if i will gain weight from 50/51 kg to 55 kg i think my body will look better and not so skinny (dont take me wrong, i like my body cos it look already good, but i think maybe then it will look more better). Im 168 cm long. I know that i need exercise more so i can gain my muscle mass, and maybe eat more.. but with eating... i dont want eat much, im not big eater, but i can try change it. So what is your advice, how to gain weight healthy?

We have the same problem, 2 years ago my body was ok but now I get so skinny that all the people who know me and saw me has the same questions like what you get. Most are shock of how skinny I am. I have severe problem with my stomach a year ago that stop me from eating too much. Now I am trying to eat foods but like you I am not a heavy eater. I take vitamins and I tried to eat as much as I can with veggies. My doctor told me that to be able to gain weight you have to eat healthy foods, may not be a big meal but you have to eat every so often like every after 2-4 hours. Try that and include fruits and veggies in your diet. Goodluck to you!

It should be continued and not just for a day. It's funny how many girls I know tell me that if only they can past on their fats on me. There are having a hard time loosing weight while we are having a hard time gaining weight. On the other hand, they admire my body that even if I eat too much I won't get fat like them.

yes, we are lucky in that way that if we eat much we dont get fat :) your right both ways are hard ways, but i think that lose weight is little bit easier because then you can exercise, but if we will exercise so much we will get more thin. so it means we cant exercise so much.

with me is that im like that all the time. yes, yesterday i already ate like 5 times a day, omg i thought ill get so fat if il eat like that :D i didnt ate much but anyway is that feeling you eat all the time :DYesterday i special went to store to but some fruits :) good luck to you too!

I think that you have a good weight for your size. But if you want to gain a little weight (not to much), you can eat more calories in a day. If you don´t eat a lot at normal meals, why don´t you try to have a snack time with something you like? Starchy things can be healthy AND have calories, like popcorn. Or you can add some nuts of the kind you like best to a munching time. Happy posting!

Yes, i want gain just little weight not much, otherwise il start look fat :)) its good idea about snacks between my normal meals :)

of course you need to consult a doctor first and you dont want to eat just junk food either. you probably want to eat more starches and calories.

I dont know why people feel that it is ok to make comments like that to thin people. Can you imagine how horrified people would be if someone went up to an overweight person and said "your so fat! why do you eat so much!" Its like when the magazines have fetaures like "Top 10 Skinniest Celebs" Imagine if that was "Top 10 fattests celebs"

yes, i dont understand it too. its stupid feeling when someone ask me that, and only one thing what i can tell is that im like that all the time. but your right, i notice it too :)
