donna22 bitter chocolate is the dark kind. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants which are good for you. Chocolate only becomes bad fr when it is loaded with cream and sugar. Dark chocolate does not contain as much cream and sugar as milk chocolate.

donna22 I tried ptc and ptv sites but then I realised that the amount of time I was spending on them I could be on sites like Mylot or Triond which make, not a great dela of money for me but more than ptc etc.

donna22 The skin of onions is brown. I am talking about raw onions which are purple on the outside in colour but actually called "red onion". I am not mistaken and I just thought I would ask why they are called "red" when they are purple.

People love honesty, but when it comes to people blatantly commenting on weight, looks and other things that could potentially hurt feelings - do they really want to know? Can people really handle the truth?

donna22 Thats a good point. I think people do tend to use "being honest" as a way of being mean towards someone. They can say lots of hurtful things and use that as an excuse but I dont garee with doing this.

What is your favourite type of tea? I really like peppermint tea because I love the minty flavour and like that it is not too strong. I also like chamomile tea because it has a gentle flavour.

donna22 My advice is not to "diet" Just eat healthy and exercise. Make it more of a lifestyle chnage rather than eating less etc in order to lose weight. The problem when you follow a specific diet such as atkins etc is that when you start to eat properly the weight...
